SPW has been organizing workshops since 1991 on various Management subjects with the main thrust on Leadership abilities. SPW believes that organisational effectiveness depends on professional abilities, managerial skills but more importantly Leadership abilities to ensure full optimum utilization of Human Resources. A lot of focus is on Globalisation, Management of change, Technology Development, use of Information and Technology, more importantly long term Vision, Changes in Economic, Financial, Political and Technological Changes, Motivation and Morale of people and effective understanding of Emotional Intelligence and its use.

The most recent workshop organised by SPW Management and Technology Consultants was on "Managerial Transformation for Organizational Excellence". The workshop was held on the 9th and 10th August 2007 at the Palms Club,Convention Centre, Gurgaon, and was attended by over 50 participants from a cross section of Industry including both public and private sector companies and the Indian Services. The participants had the oppurtunity to learn from Management Gurus and an eminent Faculty. The company has organized in excess of 50 workshops to date.
