Saloni Wahi -  Director

Saloni Wahi has over 20 years of varied experience covering a wide range of activities including publishing, advertising, management training, consulting, research, accounting and trade finance and all aspects of international trading.

She is a Director with SPW since 1997 and has been involved with the training programs and corporate education services provided by SPW. Mrs. Wahi is currently developing the strategic plan for SPW’s establishment of educational facilities in Gurgaon, Haryana.Mrs. Wahi is co-founder of Capital Management Advisors (CMA) where she is Partner for Corporate Affairs and also provides comprehensive transactional support in all corporate finance activities of the Company.

Mrs. Wahi has worked on several media advisory projects including but not limited to the setting up of television and radio stations, Internet and Broadband service companies, publishing companies and media sales organizations.

From 1991 to 1996, Mrs. Wahi was closely associated with Renepe Middle East, based in UAE as their Accounts Director. She handled all financial activities of the company including accounting, trade finance, audit and management reporting to the Board of the Company. She also served as Operations manager with the responsibility of product sourcing, purchase and logistics.

Mrs. Wahi relocated to UAE in 1990. In 1989 while, still in New Delhi, India, she was the Founding Partner of Revelations Advertising and Marketing Ltd , the Indian representative of the UAE Business Directory, published by Frontline Advertising in Sharjah, UAE. She was responsible for the planning, recruitment, training and setting up of sales representatives in 6 cities including Delhi, Bombay, Bangalore, Calcutta, Pune and Chandigarh.

Mrs. Wahi is a Graduate in Commerce (Bcom Hons) from the prestigious Lady Sri Ram College in New Delhi. She has a passion for fine arts and is a keen golfer.
